Customs Operations Agent Jr.

Functions:

  • File manifest documentation, flyers, guides, traceability of transmissions, monitoring of transmissions, among others, in order to comply with the customs legal obligation.
  • Number the transmissions, cargo manifest and receipt of export merchandise, in the SAASA system in order to execute the initial data registration process for operations
  • Send annex 6.7 flyers and inventory record and photo of poor condition by mail, for agreed services
  • Functions requested by the immediate boss and that help the operation of the area

Requirements

  • Availability to work 48 hours per week in Callao
  • Knowledge of customs issues (Not exclusive)

Bilingual Passenger Service Agent

Functions

  • Check-in, embarkation and disembarkation of the passenger according to the required protocol and security standards.
  • Verify that the passenger has the documentation required for their trip and report any observations to the dispatch areas, technical crew and cabin crew as appropriate.
  • Warmly receive our passengers, with a friendly, empathetic treatment and available to answer questions or queries.

Profile

  • Graduates of the technical or university career of Tourism, Commercial Aviation, Hotel Management and related.
  • Management of English at an Advanced level (It will be evaluated during the selection process).
  • Have a valid US visa.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts.

Agent of GHA Jr.

Functions

  • Support in the development of cargo assembly programming, according to the reservations sent by the commercial area of the airline.
  • Support in sending the pre-alert of export shipments to each of the destinations according to the scheduled reservation, for the reception of cargo and customs procedures in each destination
  • Support in the preparation and control of transmissions and records in the Customs system, in order to execute compliance with current regulations.
  • Support in the reception and delivery of documents (Guides, DAM, invoices and others) of import and export, in order to meet the requirements of the airline

Profile

  • Have 1 year of experience in the position or in similar functions.
  • Have technical or complementary studies in customs matters
  • Availability to work 48 hours per week on rotating schedules in Callao

Straddle Carrier

Functions

  • Properly maneuver the counterbalanced forklift equipment in the processes of loading and unloading merchandise.
  • Maintain safety in the maneuvers carried out in the areas of operations, in order to avoid incidents and/or accidents
  • Comply with the instructions of the operations coordinators, for the maneuvers carried out with the merchandise.
  • Check list of forklift equipment before starting a shift

Profile

  • Have 1 year of experience in the position.
  • Have an A1 license
  • Training course as a forklift operator

Customer Service Manager

Functions

  • Send the proforma to the client as requested, review the transfer made to the SAASA account in order to be able to deliver the merchandise to the client.
  • Rigorous review of the documents delivered by the client for the clearance of their cargo, according to the requirements demanded by SAASA; Likewise, verify through the customs website the payment of customs duties and customs clearance in order to be able to issue the cargo release.
  • Advise and provide solutions to the queries presented by clients in case of doubts with the documentation and the requirements that must be presented in order to help the client.
  • File documentation and invoices in order to maintain control.

Profile

  • Have 1 year of experience in the position or in a related role
  • Completed or truncated technical studies in administration, international business or related careers
  • Knowledge of customs issues

Passenger service agent

Functions
