(SAASA) would like to inform its customers and users in general that, as part of the process of improving service and attention, all cargo and customs agencies as well as transport companies and their staff entering our facilities must have completed the process of approval and for those already registered and have a year or more approved, they must request their update.

In this regard, the registration and update will be from Friday, February 11 until Monday, February 28.

NOTICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS AND USERS IN GENERAL

SERVICIOS AEROPORTUARIOS ANDINOS S.A. (SAASA) would like to inform our customers and the general public that, as of December 10, 2021, in compliance with the provisions of paragraph 14.7 of Supreme Decree No. 179-2021-PCM in order to reduce the probability of COVID-19 infection during on-site work activities, they should send the following documents in PDF format to the email address asistente.seguridad@saasa.com.pe:

 

  • Company Vaccination Affidavit.
  • Staff’s Vaccination Card.

 

Similarly, logistics operators who manage the entry of third parties (suppliers, packers, stevedores, etc.) must be responsible for the management mentioned in the previous paragraph.

In the case of new registrations, as of this date, the approval process and the vaccination card directive must be followed.

On the other hand, while the data is being updated in our system, please present your vaccination certificate either physically or digitally at our accesses during the controls.

NOTICE TO CARGO AGENCIES AND CUSTOMERS IN GENERAL

SERVICIOS AEROPORTUARIOS ANDINOS S.A. (SAASA) would like to inform its customers and users in general that, as part of the process of continuous improvement and optimization of our processes, we have proceeded to modify our Export Cargo Entry Procedure.

In this regard, in order to provide a more agile and efficient attention to the dispatchers, it is no longer required to be present during the process of Security Inspection (X-Ray). However, if it is necessary to be present during a Manual Inspection, our staff will contact the dispatcher in charge of the entry in order to be present during the inspection.

NOTICE SAA-GL-005-2021 TO THE OWNERS OR CONSIGNEES, CONSIGNORS, CUSTOMS AGENCIES AND ESEER

SERVICIOS AEROPORTUARIOS ANDINOS S.A. (SAASA) would like to inform its customers and users in general that, in accordance with the provisions of Communiqués N° SAA-LEGADU-001-2021 and SAA-LEGADU-002-2021, our “Cargo Removal Request” and “Intermediate Services Request” procedures, as part of the trial phase, will be handled in accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of the Regulations of Legislative Decree No. 1492 approved by Supreme Decree 001-2021-MINCETUR, that is, prioritizing the use of digital or digitized documents and electronic messaging mechanisms or others.

Taking into account that the adaptation on the part of you, our customers, requires a longer period of time, SAASA informs you of the extension, only once, of the trial phase from July 12 to July 18, 2021, for the attention of our Procedures mentioned above.

For this purpose, our Customer Service area will provide version 2 of our Procedures, please note that during the trial phase, you may request your recalls and intermediate services also in person. However, from July 19, 2021, all Requests must be executed in a mandatory manner as indicated in our procedures. We thank you for your understanding in complying with these provisions.

(SAASA) would like to inform its customers and users in general that Article 12 of the Regulations of Legislative Decree No. 1492 approved by Supreme Decree 001-2021-MINCETUR establishes that international trade operators must digitalize the processes prioritizing the use of digital or digitized documents and electronic messaging mechanisms or others.

Taking into account the above, SAASA in compliance with the provisions of the current regulations, informs its customers that from July 12, 2021 until July 18, 2021, as part of the process of adaptation, the trial phase will be implemented for the attention of Requests for Usual Operations, for this purpose we make available the Procedure “Request for Usual Operations”, which should be requested via our customer service channel.

Please note that, during the trial phase, you may request your Usual Operations, as you are currently doing; however, as of July 19, 2021, all Requests must be executed as indicated in our procedure.

NOTICE SAA-GL-003-2021 TO CARGO AGENTS AND EXPORTERS

SERVICIOS AEROPORTUARIOS ANDINOS S.A. (SAASA) would like to inform its customers and users in general that Article 12 of the Regulations of Legislative Decree No. 1492 approved by Supreme Decree 001-2021-MINCETUR establishes that foreign trade operators must digitize their processes, prioritizing the use of digital or digitized documents and electronic messaging mechanisms or others.

Taking into account the above, SAASA in compliance with the provisions of the current regulations, informs its customers that from July 5, 2021, as part of the process of adaptation, it will not be mandatory to submit the Receipt Guide in hard copy for the entry of goods to our facilities.

In this regard, you must come to our facilities with the document in digital format and present it through your mobile device to the personnel of the Pedestrian (dispatcher) and Vehicle (carrier) security gate, the latter must provide the information of the master or direct transport document number for the entry and start of the cargo reception process. In case you do not have the document in digital format, exceptionally, you may submit it in physical format.

Taking into account the above, SAASA in compliance with the provisions of the current regulations, informs its customers that from June 28 until July 11, 2021, as part of the process of adaptation, the trial phase will be implemented the for the attention of Cargo Withdrawal Requests and Intermediate Services, for this purpose we provide you with the “Cargo Withdrawal Request” and “Intermediate Services Request” procedures, which should be requested through our customer service channel.

Please note that during the trial phase, you may also request your withdrawals in person. However, as of July 12, 2021, all requests must be executed in a mandatory manner as indicated in our procedures.

SAASA IS THE FIRST AIR CARGO TERMINAL TO RECEIVE CEIV PHARMA - IATA CERTIFICATION FOR TRANSPORTATION AND HANDLING OF VACCINES.

SAASA is the first terminal in Peru to receive CEIV Pharma – IATA certification, a seal of excellence that guarantees the traceability, handling and storage of pharmaceutical products.

After a rigorous process of staff training, auditing and certification, Servicios Aeroportuarios Andinos S.A. (SAASA) obtained the certification of excellence in the handling of pharmaceutical products CEIV Pharma granted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). This makes SAASA the first Peruvian operator to obtain this certification, which guarantees the traceability, handling and storage of pharmaceutical products, thus SAASA confirms its commitment to being a unique and different proposal in order to meet the logistics needs of the aviation industry, ensuring effective, fast and 100 % safe operations.

Dear customers, SERVICIOS AEROPORTUARIOS ANDINOS S.A. (SAASA) cordially greets you and, in order to provide a more agile and secure service, inform you that from Saturday September 19, only companies and customers who have completed the approval process will be able to enter our facilities. This will be a mandatory requirement; thus, we invite you to regularize this process.

Similarly, we invite the agencies already approved to update the register of signatures and the list of approved personnel.
